Michele Calloway kept her word

Michele Calloway kept her word. And that means a lot to Otis Robinson, who is a Medicare client of hers. Ms. Calloway, Authority Health’s outreach manager, is a longtime health insurance navigation and enrollment counselor. She met with Mr. Robinson at his home and “got the ball rolling with Social Services. She called me to make sure I made my appointment. Ms. Calloway kept her word. She did what she said she was going to do for me. I had other people claim to help me. Nothing happened. Ms. Calloway is the best.”
