Hope Location
Hope Family Health Center is located within the Hope Academy, which provides an intimate setting that promotes integrated health to students and other children and adolescents in the community ages 5-21 as well as adults. Hope Family Health Center offers trauma-informed comprehensive pediatric services as well as screening for the social determinants of health and adverse childhood experiences. Hope Family Health Center maintains strong ties with the local community through a Community Advisory Council, composed of parents, school representatives, and local community leaders.
