A True ‘Celebration of Service’ – Albert Schweitzer Fellowship
The Authority Health celebrated the humanitarian service of Claire Hawthorne, a Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine student, and Asiimwe Najjuma, MPH, a recent graduate of the Wayne State University Public Health program. They were honored at the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Celebration of Service for each providing over 200 hours of service to underserved communities in Detroit. Freda Sampson, an expert in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and longtime presenter at Schweitzer Fellowship programs, was the guest speaker. The event was provided a the Detroit Golf Club.
